Untracked parcels are routed through international postal networks with no tracking or proof of delivery. This keeps costs low and makes the service perfect for non-urgent shipments.
Each shipment is assigned a unique ID generated by our system. Basic status is available until the parcel leaves the origin country. Recipients can also receive an optional notification via email or SMS when the item is dispatched.
